Not a good experience at all. Misleading information, never told me I couldn't take my Klonopin, told me I had a $1000 copay (I paid). Told me they were out of network thus the charge. Cigna has told me and confirmed multiple times that this information is false and I don't owe a penny. The director assured me she would advocate for a full refund. Radio silence for a week now. Checked myself out the very next day. Primarily because of the withholding of Klonopin but also for not being upfront about meds and taking my money and no communication since I checked out.
