Present Moments Recovery is a CARF-accredited, DHCS-licensed provider whose detox and residential programmes run at its San Marcos location, with PHP, IOP and medication-assisted treatment continuing at a Carlsbad clinic under what it describes as one connected clinical team. The provider reports more than ten years in practice, treats opioid and fentanyl use alongside co-occurring conditions, and uses naltrexone or Vivitrol where clinically appropriate. Private insurance is accepted, including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, TRICARE and TriWest; the centre states on its own site that it does not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal.
