Newport Institute

Newport Institute's Orange program treats young adults aged 18 to 35 for mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use and eating disorders, at residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. Treatment is built around the underlying causes of depression and anxiety — commonly unresolved childhood trauma — using approaches including attachment-based family therapy, DBT and CBT, with families involved in the work. The organization is accredited by The Joint Commission and operates centers nationwide. Private and military insurance are accepted, and coverage is verified with the admissions team before a place is offered.
