Lakeview Center Inc

Lakeview Center is a non-profit behavioral health provider that has served the Florida panhandle from Escambia to Walton County since 1954, and now runs more than sixty programs for adults and children. Its main campus in downtown Pensacola carries the acute services: a Crisis Stabilization Unit, short-term residential treatment, an Addiction Receiving Facility for inpatient detox, and a Central Receiving Facility handling Baker Act screenings. Substance use care runs from that detox through residential and intensive outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment and a specialized DUI program, with community outreach doing HIV testing and opioid overdose education. A Mobile Response Team provides 24/7 crisis intervention, by phone or by coming to the caller in person. Medicare and private insurance are accepted.
