Jacob's Ladder at Brookside Farm is a mindfulness-based, residential recovery program for young men (18-25), situated in a private and majestic farming community. Peers and clinical partners facilitate healing through multiple modalities, including: • 12 step programs • Music and arts programs • Outdoor recreation excursions • Facilitated therapy (individual, group and family) • Farming and sustainability programs The goal of the Jacob's Ladder program is to foster an awakening, and authenticity, through the synthesis of the 12-step principles, promoting self-discovery through the deliberate practice of mindfulness, facilitation of expert clinical treatment, and an interactive connection with a working farm environment.

Admissions Process

Candidates should contact us through the phone number or web site and a trained counselor will conduct a qualification screening. A detailed intake evaluation will be performed on those that pass the initial questionnaire. We provide a program overview, application, getting started guide along with participant and family "commitment" agreements.
