Medicaid is accepted, and self pay clients may access a sliding scale payment system, and pay what they can afford.

Cornell runs multiple residential treatment facilities, both in Chicago and across the state. Treating men, women, teen boys and girls, including criminal justice clients and alternatives to incarceration clients. Medical detox is available, and Cornell will treat young offenders who may have difficulty finding care elsewhere, including violent offenders, and sex offenders. Safe and secure residential facilities. Payment by insurance, ARC, Medicaid and self pay on a sliding scale.
