Gould Farm, founded in 1913, is a residential therapeutic community in Monterey, Massachusetts, where adults with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions work toward recovery through community living, meaningful work, and clinical care on a 700-acre working farm. Residents, whom the program calls guests, live alongside staff and their families, with transition programs in Boston and the Berkshires for those ready to live more independently.
