Life Center of Hillsville is a residential addiction treatment program for men age 18 and older, located on a 100-acre campus in Hillsville, Virginia. Part of the Life Center of Galax network, it offers a clinically managed 24-hour residential program and a partial hospitalization program (PHP), supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and counselors. Life Center of Hillsville accepts Virginia Medicaid and most commercial insurance, but does not currently accept Medicare.

Outpatient Rehab

Life Balance Recovery's Price clinic provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions, serving Carbon County in eastern Utah. It is one of three Life Balance sites in the state, with the others in Spanish Fork and Mona; the organization opened its first clinic in 2016. Assessment is free and sets the level of care, and the clinical team includes a practitioner certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma work, plus prescribers with detox and addiction-nursing backgrounds. It works to the Sanctuary Model — a whole-organization approach to recovery from adversity — and in 2017 became formally Sanctuary Certified by the Andrus Sanctuary Institute, which is a commitment about how staff behave, not just what therapy is offered. The approach is holistic and family-centered, integrating spirituality with clinical treatment of substance use and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety — and the program states that clients of all religious backgrounds are welcome. Beth's Place Recovery at 1606 30th Avenue South in Moorhead is a non-residential outpatient provider serving the Fargo-Moorhead area across Minnesota and North Dakota, and every admission starts with an assessment: drug and alcohol evaluations, Rule 25 assessments and court-ordered assessments with written treatment recommendations. Walk-in assessment hours run every Tuesday from 8:00am to 12:30pm with no appointment required, and services then include individual counseling, group therapy, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, care coordination for co-occurring mental health needs, and telehealth. Helio Health's Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic at 329 North Salina Street in Syracuse is part of the organization's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, combining substance use and mental health outpatient care in one site. The clinic's opioid treatment program provides assessment, individual, group and family counseling with methadone or Suboxone dispensed on site, and take-home privileges are granted over time; a separate child and adolescent clinic serves young people, with 12- to 17-year-olds able to receive treatment without parental consent subject to the clinic director's approval.
