Rock Island County Treatment Centers

Top of the World Ranch is a residential addiction treatment center on 315 private acres in Milan, Illinois. It offers private rooms, two hours of individual therapy per week, trauma treatment from day one, and medication management by an on-staff physician for co-occurring conditions, plus a Native American sweat lodge and ceremonies. The ranch is in-network with most major insurance carriers and accepts private insurance, military coverage and self-pay.

The Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) is a non-profit that has served the Quad Cities and surrounding counties since 1960, working from John Deere Expressway in East Moline. Its programs include long-term residential extended care and adult outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, with placement decided by ASAM clinical assessment, along with DUI evaluation and services, anger management and domestic violence assessment and treatment, and prevention work with young people and families across Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties. Adolescents as well as adults are assessed and treated. Medicare, military insurance and self-pay are accepted.
