Mending Bridges has provided substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment in Orange County, California since 2014, running a full continuum from medically supervised alcohol and drug detox through residential inpatient care to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. Its detox is delivered in a dedicated house, PHP gives intensive structure without an overnight stay, and IOP is for people living at home who need support around work or family.
