Laramie Treatment Centers

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies runs addiction treatment, mental health services, veteran support and housing programs from its North 15th Street site in Laramie, and describes its Wyoming residential treatment facility as White Bison certified and CARF accredited, with separate accommodation for men, women, and women with young children. The organisation is part of Volunteers of America, founded in 1896 and operating in 46 states, and reports assisting 2,909 veterans. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and military insurance are accepted, and payment assistance is available.

Cathedral Home for Children has worked with young people and families in Laramie since 1910, and its campus on North 3rd Street combines residential treatment with outpatient counseling, crisis support and family programs for youth with complex behavioral health needs. The residential program is accredited by the Joint Commission and serves youth from Wyoming and neighbouring states. Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and state-funded placements are accepted, and Cathedral Home is a nonprofit.
