Wasatch Behavioral Health is a public special service district providing community mental health and substance use services in Utah County, including a residential program in Spanish Fork. The district runs a range of mental health and addiction programs for county residents. Residential care sits alongside its wider outpatient network.

Acqua Recovery is a residential addiction and mental health treatment center on Johnson Mill Road in Midway, Utah, in the Wasatch Back away from the city. It offers residential care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment, with a medication-assisted treatment program to manage withdrawal and cravings, and separate sober living accommodation for men and for women. Its dual-diagnosis program works on the underlying mental health conditions and trauma beneath the substance use rather than treating the two in sequence. Private and military insurance are accepted; Acqua states that it does not currently accept Medicaid, though it will discuss alternatives.

Cirque Lodge's Studio facility in Orem, Utah provides residential addiction treatment for adults, operating alongside the organization's Lodge campus. The Studio offers residential and partial hospitalization level care for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Treatment is delivered in a private, small-capacity setting.
