Provo Mental Health Centers

Imperial Healing House is a residential treatment center in Provo, Utah for teenage girls. The program provides residential and partial hospitalization level care for mental health conditions, with clinical treatment delivered on site. Care is structured around a small residential setting.

Oasis Ascent is a short-term residential treatment and crisis stabilization program in Utah for adolescents aged 12 to 17, with separate tracks for boys and girls. The program works with self-harm, suicidal ideation, severe anxiety, depression, trauma and behavioral crises, providing assessment and 24-hour supervision. Short stays are designed to stabilize a young person and clarify what longer-term care they need.
