BreakThrough by BasePoint provides a partial hospitalization program in Frisco, Texas. Part of the BasePoint Academy network, the program offers faith-based treatment tracks including Catholic and Jewish options alongside standard therapeutic approaches. The teen-focused day treatment includes individual therapy, group counseling, psychiatric care, and academic support.

BasePoint Academy treats teenagers and adolescents for mental and behavioral health conditions, and is built around the practical obstacles that stop families starting: same-day assessments are offered by phone, and its programming is designed to be compatible with school, including academic support and a virtual option so treatment does not cost a term. Carrus Behavioral Health is the children's and adolescent service of Carrus Health, which has operated across Texas and Oklahoma since 2008. Its partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs run for ages 8 to 17, with an inpatient hospital for children from age 5, so a young person's care can move between levels inside one organization.
