Cenikor offers facilities throughout Texas and in Louisiana which offer a complete line of substance abuse treatment services. Cenikor's programs include medical detox; inpatient drug rehab; outpatient treatment; and continuing care options for both adults and adolescents.

MHMR of Tarrant County provides intensive outpatient treatment in Fort Worth, Texas. Founded in 1969, the nonprofit organization serves as the local behavioral health authority offering substance use and mental health services. The program includes individual counseling, group therapy, medication management, and integrated care for co-occurring conditions.

MHMR of Tarrant County (My Health My Resources) operates the Pine Street Residential program and Billy Gregory Detox at its East El Paso Street campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The programs provide withdrawal management and residential substance use treatment within the county's public behavioral health system.

Volunteers of America Texas runs the Riverside Treatment Center on South Riverside Drive in Fort Worth, providing long-term residential substance use treatment with intensive outpatient care and sober-living support. Volunteers of America has worked in the United States since 1896 and is designated tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3); in Texas its wider work includes 41 housing sites for seniors and people with disabilities, rapid re-housing and reintegration programs for homeless veterans, community re-entry services for people leaving prison, and addiction treatment for women including those who are pregnant or have children. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted.
