Flat out the worst program in nyc & probably the nation. Bed bugs, no counselors except the director Bradly who never did anything but play favorites. One other 30 year old named Jihad. Knew nothing. No one on ones. Through me out after agreeing to let me finish the detox ones a false positive swab for alcohol. Forced me to leave with nothing but was told to go to bel view. Do not go here if your life depended on it because they would let you die. Facts
Being an addict I have unfortunately attended many programs to stay sober. Su casa had no heat throughout the whole winter of 2021-2022 It was freezing in the building seems hard to believe how they can get away with not having heat during the cold winter months but they did. At least half of the people there were getting high on daily basis. People would literally have drug deals right in front of the building during break. The counselors are not qualified they seem to not care at all. Never had 1 on1 , no groups, sometimes there would be no staff at all. The food I wouldn’t even call food. There was no breakfast. It was beyond the worst program I ever came across. There were mice and roaches. They somehow were able to get every client food stamps and benefits. I can go on and on but whatever they were not there to help that was obvious.
