Outpatient Rehab·Opioid Treatment Program

Liberation Programs has helped Fairfield County families recover from addiction since 1971, offering outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment at its Stamford location on Main Street. The nonprofit operates a women's REACH program, mobile outreach, and residential beds for women with children through its Families in Recovery Program. Liberation also provides a men's inpatient program and medication-assisted treatment.

Liberation Programs' Stamford clinic provides outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, including care for opioid use disorder. Founded in 1971, the organization also operates women's and family programs and supportive housing. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
