Treatment & Philosophy

The FSP-TAY outpatient serves adolescents and young adults 16 to 25 years of age. These youth outpatient services provide intensive support that employs ‘whatever it takes’ recovery models that use methods of intervention that are person-centered and strengths based. The goal is to assist the youth on their road to recovery and regaining hope, developing self-determination and taking personal responsibility.

Admissions Process

All potential clients of FSP-TAY are individuals utilizing IMD (Institution for Mental Disease), inpatient hospitals, state hospitals, Juvenile Hall and/or users of EPS/crisis residential services who may have severe co-occurring disorders. They may be involved in the criminal justice system and/or are homeless or at risk of homelessness, or difficult to engage with for mental health services.

We require all our clients to come through the Santa Clara County Call Center at 1.800.704.0900. We are currently only accepting Medi-Cal and/or uninsured clients 16 to 25 years of age.
