$60 weekly or $12 daily, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $25 per day for off site dosing such as jail dosing with Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol and opioid dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary).
Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Aftercare provided at no charge. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing. Free treatment is available for qualifying patients.
