I offer phone sessions-save money on gas and you can be in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist and healer. I am also certified as a Gestalt Therapist, Neuro Emotional Technique Practitioner, Heart Centered Hypnotherapist, and as a Spiritual Healer.

I work with adults using writing and art to achieve their goals focusing on strengths rather than the past. I know I feel better using creativity to get out of my way as I focus on mindfulness.
