About Ashwin Reddy

Dr. Ashwin Reddy grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California, Berkeley as an Engineering major. He went on to attend medical school at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Reddy trained in General Psychiatry at Boston University Medical Center, where he developed a strong interest in treating Addictions and subsequently completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry also at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Reddy is currently board certified in Addiction Psychiatry & General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. He has been a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry since 2011.

What I do

Dr. Reddy has a strong passion for treating Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder with the latest evidence-based tools and methods. Dr. Reddy has extensive experience using medication-assisted treatment to treat Addictions including over four years of experience using buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone, etc.) to treat patients with Opioid Use Disorder.
