The campus still occupies those 44 acres and now holds three modern residential houses alongside detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, plus intervention services and a dedicated gambling addiction program. Livengrin gives preferential admission to four priority groups — pregnant women, overdose survivors, people who inject drugs, and veterans — and provides resources for uninsured and under-insured patients. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding and self-pay are accepted.

The Ellen O'Brien Gaiser Addiction Center is a non-profit, Pennsylvania-licensed addiction treatment provider that has worked in Butler County since 1971. Opened in November 2019 by founders Christopher and Rindy Taylor, Oil Region Recovery provides residential substance use treatment in an intimate, family-style setting in Polk, Pennsylvania. The facility offers a full continuum including medically supervised detox, short-term and long-term residential treatment for both men and women, and intensive outpatient services.
