Allegheny County Teen Rehab Programs

Western Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, is a nonprofit, faith-based residential recovery program serving adults and adolescents. The long-term program integrates Christian discipleship with clinical counseling, life skills training, and vocational development. Medicare and private health insurance are accepted.

Serving families for over a century, The Bradley Center provides psychiatric residential treatment for children and adolescents affected by trauma, mental illness, and behavioral health challenges. Located west of Pittsburgh, the center combines a residential treatment facility with The Bradley School, a licensed private academic school where students receive individualized education in classes of no more than 12. Bradley also offers school-based therapy in approximately 50 school districts and outpatient therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Southwood Children's Behavioral Healthcare in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania provides residential mental health treatment for adolescent males. The CHOICES residential program addresses psychological disturbances and problematic conduct, while a dedicated IDD/ASD service supports adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Southwood also offers intensive in-home family-based mental health services with crisis stabilization and case management.
