Hamilton County Opioid Treatment Programs

State Line Treatment Services provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for residents of Southwest Ohio, with locations in Harrison and Ross. The program offers medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Subutex, and methadone, alongside counseling and group therapy for addiction to alcohol, opioids, and other substances. State Line accepts Medicare and military insurance (TRICARE).

DeCoach Recovery Centre provides addiction treatment across Greater Ohio, with a Cincinnati location at 1620 Harrison Avenue offering withdrawal management and detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programming, and medication-assisted treatment including methadone. DeCoach treats alcohol, opioid, benzodiazepine and stimulant use disorders, and accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

Sunrise Treatment Center – West Side is a Cincinnati opioid and substance use treatment program founded in 2007, offering medication-assisted treatment including methadone services along with intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and supportive housing. It accepts Ohio Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans such as Anthem, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Sunrise also runs a sliding-fee discount program and states that no one is refused care for inability to pay.

The Cincinnati VA Medical Center on Vine Street offers substance use disorder treatment for veterans, including residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care within the VA health system. The campus also provides mental health care, PTSD treatment, and primary care services.
