Dayton Treatment Centers

The Dayton VA Medical Center provides medically supervised detoxification and substance use treatment exclusively for veterans in Dayton, Ohio. As a Department of Veterans Affairs facility, the program offers integrated addiction and mental health services with access to the full VA healthcare system. DeCoach Recovery Centre has treated addiction in Ohio since 2016 and serves Butler, Hamilton, Greene, Montgomery and Preble counties from this Dayton site. Its care model runs from medically supervised detox through residential treatment and outpatient services to gender-specific recovery housing, with medication-assisted treatment available throughout and mental health support integrated rather than referred out. The program takes Medicaid, Medicare and private or military insurance, with state funding and self-pay also available.
