Helio Health's Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic at 329 North Salina Street in Syracuse is part of the organization's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, combining substance use and mental health outpatient care in one site. The clinic's opioid treatment program provides assessment, individual, group and family counseling with methadone or Suboxone dispensed on site, and take-home privileges are granted over time; a separate child and adolescent clinic serves young people, with 12- to 17-year-olds able to receive treatment without parental consent subject to the clinic director's approval. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted here, along with private and military insurance and self-payment.

Outpatient Rehab·Detox Clinic

The Syracuse VA provides an intensive outpatient program for substance use disorders on Erie Boulevard West, within VA Syracuse Health Care, alongside outpatient care and withdrawal management. Treatment is for enrolled veterans and runs through VA benefits rather than commercial coverage; military insurance is what the row records. Interpreters can be arranged through the VA call center, and the Veterans Crisis Line is available at any hour.
