Erie County Teen Rehab Programs

Palmerton Place is a residential substance use treatment program for adolescents and young adults on Harlem Road in West Seneca, run by Kids Escaping Drugs, which has worked on adolescent addiction in Western New York for more than thirty years. Treatment sits inside a wider effort that includes education and early intervention — the organization's Face2Face program takes prevention work directly to young people and families in a county that recorded over 280 opiate-related deaths in 2024.
