C.H.A.D. runs an OASAS-licensed outpatient clinic at 75 Genesee Street in Auburn, with an adult intensive outpatient program, individual and group counselling, and medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone and Vivitrol. The agency is also Cayuga County's OASAS prevention provider, houses the Cayuga County Drug Free Community Coalition, and sends counsellors into the Cayuga County Jail to work with incarcerated people who have alcohol or drug problems. Its payment page states that Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care are accepted along with most insurance, Medicare and personalised payment plans, and telehealth appointments are available.
