The practice was founded to deliver culturally sensitive care for Spanish-speaking clients and for people navigating court requirements, and it runs intensive outpatient alongside regular outpatient services from its office at 7 South Water Street in Henderson. Private insurance and military insurance are accepted.

Services are provided on a Federal Poverty Level sliding fee scale, and the organization is a certified clinical training site for several university programs.
