Wedgwood Christian Services is a non-profit behavioral health organization based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, offering outpatient substance use and mental health treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Founded in 1960, the organization provides individual and group counseling with a faith-informed approach, serving the West Michigan community. Wedgwood accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, and is a contracted provider with the MIChild and Healthy Michigan Plan.

Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus is the residential campus of Sanford Behavioral Health, which Rae and David Green established in 2015 as a ten-bed women's facility in Grand Rapids and which is now licensed and accredited to treat substance use disorders, eating disorders and mental health conditions. Care is led by a psychiatrist-directed medical and clinical team offering medication-assisted and evidence-based treatment across residential, outpatient and telehealth settings, with a family program and alumni support, and the organization runs J.O.H.N. (Just One Hero Needed), a residential program exclusively for veterans and first responders aged 18 and over. Private insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and Magellan, alongside self-pay.
