Outpatient Rehab

Common Collab is a licensed outpatient behavioral health program in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, serving Berkshire County and western Massachusetts for addiction and mental health. Group therapy is the core of its model, with up to 14 hybrid in-person and virtual groups each week drawing on DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and art therapy, alongside individual therapy and peer recovery coaching. Common Collab accepts most major insurance plans, MassHealth (Massachusetts Medicaid), and Medicare.

Life Center of Hillsville is a residential addiction treatment program for men age 18 and older, located on a 100-acre campus in Hillsville, Virginia. Part of the Life Center of Galax network, it offers a clinically managed 24-hour residential program and a partial hospitalization program (PHP), supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and counselors. Life Center of Hillsville accepts Virginia Medicaid and most commercial insurance, but does not currently accept Medicare.

Outpatient Rehab

Life Help is the Region 6 community mental health organization for the Mississippi Delta, and this is its intensive outpatient program on Highway 7 South in Greenwood — the same address as its Denton House residential program for men. It provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment together with DUI programming, and telehealth is available. This program does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Military insurance, self-pay and public assistance are accepted.

Chestnut Health Systems is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has provided behavioral health, substance use, and primary care across Illinois and Missouri since 1975. The Belleville location offers intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adults, including veterans. Chestnut accepts Medicare, military insurance, and private insurance.

FLACRA's Farmington Integrated Outpatient clinic at 1386 Hathaway Drive is one of seven outpatient clinics the agency runs across the Finger Lakes region, providing substance use counseling, intensive outpatient treatment and medication-assisted treatment including daily methadone dispensing. Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private not-for-profit agency licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and it publishes a sliding fee scale for people paying out of pocket. Medicaid and Medicare are both accepted here, alongside private insurance, military insurance and self-payment.

Memphis Recovery Centers has worked to help people conquer addiction in Memphis since 1970, and is a non-profit — which it says allows it to keep overheads down and charge reasonable rates. It provides residential treatment for adults and a separate residential program for adolescents aged 13 to 17, together with dual-diagnosis and trauma therapy for people whose substance use sits alongside a mental health condition, and treats spiritual, physical, emotional, social and occupational wellbeing as part of the same course of care. Payment can be made through Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

Lund provides residential and outpatient substance use treatment for pregnant and parenting women and their children in Burlington, Vermont. The non-profit combines treatment with early education, family support and adoption services, so parents can keep their children with them during care. Outpatient clinical services, case management and community supports continue after residential treatment ends.

The organization also runs the Glacier Manor Community Residential Center, a correctional rehabilitation program for up to 40 people, and its clinical team includes master's-level counselors and a residential program manager. Medicare, private insurance and self-pay are accepted.
