Its programs include long-term residential extended care and adult outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, with placement decided by ASAM clinical assessment, along with DUI evaluation and services, anger management and domestic violence assessment and treatment, and prevention work with young people and families across Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties. Adolescents as well as adults are assessed and treated. Medicare, military insurance and self-pay are accepted.

The organization was founded more than forty years ago in a barn in rural northeast Missouri and has grown into one of the largest community-based healthcare providers in the Midwest, working with approaches including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
