Freedom Recovery runs a full continuum of addiction treatment from Building 47 on Garrett Way in Pocatello: detox, a 60-day residential program, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care and sober living, with medication management, case management and recovery coaching alongside. Residential treatment combines CBT, DBT and ACT with a trauma-informed approach, and the sober living homes follow a 12-step structure.
