The Recovery Village Atlanta is an Advanced Recovery Systems facility in Roswell, north of Atlanta, providing medical detox, residential rehab, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care, with a second campus in Stockbridge serving the south of the metro area. It treats adults for substance use alongside co-occurring conditions including PTSD and trauma-related disorders, and offers medication-assisted treatment; partial hospitalization is designed as the step down from the intensity of residential care. Private and military insurance are accepted.

Newport Academy provides residential mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents and young adults ages 7–35 in Georgia. The program offers gender-responsive residential programming, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and telehealth services. Newport Academy treats teen depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, and suicidal ideation, with a focus on co-occurring disorders. Newport Academy accepts private insurance and provides complimentary insurance verification.

Mary Hall Freedom Village is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Sandy Springs, Georgia (EIN 58-2238354) providing residential treatment and support for women 18 and older with a substance use disorder as a primary diagnosis, or who are chronically homeless. Founded nearly three decades ago, the organization operates five locations with a staff of about 60 and has served more than 20,000 clients, with admissions requiring a nursing assessment, a TB and syphilis test, and a 30-day medication supply for co-occurring disorders.
