Question
Nate needs to see an addiction specialist. He should call an addiction treatment center.
He won't do this until he is ready. No matter what you think or do or say, he has to want help and he has to get it for himself.
You need help too. Check out Al Anon groups in your city. Al Anon is for family members coping with the alcohol addiction of a loved one. It will help just being with others who are suffering in the same way you are.The particular drug doesn't matter. All of them steal hope, destroy families and break hearts.
