Elevate Health and Wellness is a Connecticut behavioral health provider with an intensive outpatient program in Westport serving teens and adults, plus a women's residential program in Clinton and virtual IOP statewide. Licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health at residential, IOP and outpatient levels, it offers outpatient detoxification, ADHD evaluations, and three IOP tracks meeting three hours a day, three days a week.
