Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program runs a six-bed, gender-inclusive residential mental health home on Mine Hill Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, for adolescents aged 11 to 17. It treats anxiety, depression and trauma using cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, and its small size means a household rather than a ward. Where a young person needs more than residential care can give, Discovery's Stamford home provides higher levels of care within the same organization. It is part of the Discovery Behavioral Health network, which describes its approach as measurement-based. Private and military insurance are accepted.

Center for Discovery's Wellington campus in Fairfield, Connecticut provides residential eating disorder treatment, one of several Center for Discovery sites in the state alongside Southport, Greenwich and Congress Street in Fairfield. Treatment follows the organization's CARE-CFD model, combining trauma-focused nutrition therapy, collaboration between the patient and the care team, whole-body and nervous-system awareness and a weight-inclusive stance, and there is a dedicated pathway for veterans. Commercial insurance is accepted, including Anthem BC/BS, Aetna, Optum, Cigna and TRICARE East, and military coverage. The program does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Center for Discovery Fairfield provides residential eating disorder treatment for women and non-binary adults aged 18 and over, and has done so since opening in 2015, taking clients from Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Treatment follows the center's CARE-CFD model, which combines trauma-focused nutrition therapy, collaboration between the patient and the care team, attention to the whole body including the nervous system, and an explicitly weight-inclusive stance. Co-occurring conditions are treated alongside the eating disorder, and there is a dedicated pathway for veterans. The program is in-network with major insurers including Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Optum, Cigna and TRICARE East, and private and military insurance are accepted.
