New Creation IOP is an outpatient addiction treatment program in Ontario, California, serving San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties and the towns around Ontario — Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Colton, Chino, Pomona, Claremont and Montclair. It runs a stepped continuum: partial hospitalization at five days a week, intensive outpatient at either five or three days (roughly 10 to 12 hours), and outpatient care at one or two days a week, with evening hours and a sober-living option so clients can keep working.
