Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment (HOPE) in Tucson, Arizona, provides intensive outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and is operated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit (EIN 86-0655390), accepting Medicare and military insurance. It functions as a government-operated community behavioral health provider for Pima County residents.

Desert Star Addiction Recovery Center in Tucson, Arizona, provides intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and co-dependency. Programs address alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, opioid, and benzodiazepine use disorders, with a patient portal for existing clients. Desert Star accepts private insurance and military insurance.

Buena Vista Recovery's Tucson campus on East Pima Street provides medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Detox has dedicated alcohol and opioid pathways and uses medication-assisted treatment, and clients can step down through the full continuum without changing provider. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission, verifies insurance before admission, and runs alumni events after discharge. AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid program), Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding and self-pay are accepted.

In Balance Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of care for adolescents and young adults on a purpose-built campus in Tucson, Arizona. Founded in the 1990s by the Barrasso family, the center operates three distinct programs: Align, a dual-diagnosis residential program for young men in grades 9–12; Pivot, a structured transitional living program bridging clinical care and independent life; and Attune, an intensive outpatient program for adult men and women navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders. The family-owned and operated center is in-network with most major insurance carriers and accepts private insurance.

The Haven is a Tucson nonprofit providing gender-specific substance use treatment for women in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. As the only provider of its kind in Southern Arizona, The Haven welcomes all women including those who are pregnant or parenting, with the goal of reuniting families and strengthening mother-child bonds. Its residential program and intensive outpatient program offer individual counseling, peer support, parenting classes, housing navigation, and employment readiness, with a sliding fee scale available.

Circle Tree Ranch, operated by the Amity Foundation, is a CARF-accredited residential addiction treatment program on a ranch setting in Tucson, Arizona. Founded in 1969, Amity Foundation has provided community-based therapeutic treatment for over 50 years, with Circle Tree Ranch specifically serving individuals for more than 35 years. The program treats drug and alcohol addiction, co-occurring disorders, and trauma/PTSD through a therapeutic community model in a supportive campus environment.
