Crossroads Extension Campus for Women is the nonprofit Crossroads, Inc. organization's residential campus for women in Mesa, Arizona, run within the same 45-day residential structure used across its facilities — individual and group counseling, structured psychoeducational programming, and access to both 12-step and SMART Recovery meetings. The program is in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana and United Healthcare, and accepts AHCCCS.

Unhooked Recovery is a family-owned residential behavioral health facility on South Power Road in Mesa, serving adult men and women in Arizona's East Valley. It runs its own detox unit alongside residential treatment, with an intensive outpatient program built on the Matrix Model — including its Early Recovery Skills component — and housing attached to the IOP, so clients can work while continuing treatment rather than choosing between the two. Family services run alongside the clinical program. Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance and self-pay are accepted.
