Clara Martin Center is a non-profit community behavioral health provider with a location on Fogg Farm Road in Wilder, Vermont. Its substance use and justice-involved programs include outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment, peer support, justice services and impaired driver rehabilitation. The agency is a Certified Community-Based Integrated Health Center and also provides adult, child and family mental health services with 24-hour emergency support.

The White River Junction VA Medical Center provides health care to veterans across Vermont and parts of New Hampshire, including mental health care and treatment for substance use disorders. Programming at this site covers residential and outpatient care for veterans with addiction and co-occurring conditions. Care is provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs to enrolled veterans.
