Plainview Serenity Center is a non-profit chemical dependency and dual diagnosis agency, and this is its Lubbock location on 35th Street. The program serves adults recovering from substance use disorders with structured IOP programming that includes individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and life-skills development.
