Johnston Treatment Centers

Community Care Alliance is a non-profit human services agency serving Rhode Island from Woonsocket and Johnston, running more than 50 programs for people facing mental health and addiction problems, housing instability, trauma and unmet basic needs. Residential substance use treatment sits alongside mental health care, employment support and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, and the agency also administers practical help such as LIHEAP energy assistance and has a dedicated veteran coordinator. Medicaid — including managed Medicaid — is accepted, along with Medicare, private and military insurance and self-pay; people with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield or TRICARE are asked to call ahead for an appointment.
