The centre provides flexible outpatient addiction treatment including intensive outpatient care, medication-assisted treatment and aftercare support, treats substance use and mental health together as a dual-diagnosis programme, and runs separate treatment tracks for men and women. Private insurance, military insurance and self-payment are accepted, and the operator's accepted-insurance list includes Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ComPsych and Optum.
