Life Balance Recovery's Spanish Fork clinic provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use together with co-occurring mental health conditions, serving Utah County south of Provo. Two further Life Balance clinics operate in Price and Mona; the organization opened its first site in 2016. A free assessment determines the level of care, and the team's trauma work includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, with a sliding scale for clients paying cash.

Life Balance Recovery's Price clinic provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions, serving Carbon County in eastern Utah. It is one of three Life Balance sites in the state, with the others in Spanish Fork and Mona; the organization opened its first clinic in 2016. Assessment is free and sets the level of care, and the clinical team includes a practitioner certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma work, plus prescribers with detox and addiction-nursing backgrounds. Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, and clients paying cash are charged on a sliding scale.
