The Ellen O'Brien Gaiser Addiction Center is a non-profit, Pennsylvania-licensed addiction treatment provider that has worked in Butler County since 1971. Its inpatient service offers high-intensity residential treatment for women and men with chronic addiction 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with gender-specific programming on the provider's stated view that men and women experience addiction differently, medication-assisted treatment overseen by a full-time addiction medicine physician, wellness and mental health assessments, and Ellen's House for continuing care. Outpatient options include day, evening and Saturday sessions, an intensive outpatient program, telehealth, certified recovery specialist support and tobacco cessation; recorded payment options include Medicare, private and military insurance and self-pay.

The center provides high-intensity residential treatment for men and women with chronic addictions, addressing both substance use and behavioral health needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outpatient services and medication-assisted treatment are also available, supported by a full-time addiction medicine physician, psychiatrist, and certified nurse practitioner. The Gaiser Center is a designated Pennsylvania Center of Excellence for opioid use disorder treatment.
