About treatment in Ohio
Ohio supports some parity law, and insurance companies are required to fund needed drug and alcohol treatment, and for those with good comprehensive insurance, there are a number of quality rehabs within the state to choose from.
For those with insurance, there are still possibilities. Throughout Ohio, there are several non profit drug and alcohol rehabs offering free or very affordable care to those in need. If you need help, don’t think that you can’t find it simply as you lack the money for private drug rehab.
In addition to charity rehabs, the State of Ohio will also fund drug and alcohol treatment for those in real need. You may be eligible for state support, even if you do not currently qualify for other state funded medical care.
