About Denise Wolf
Two experiences have always felt like home to me; listening to people and their challenges while trying to support them and writing. I received a double major in Psychology and Mass Communications. I gained experience in the corporate world where I was a coach and worked with a number of individuals and departments to help them achieve their goals or facilitate creating function from dysfunction. To reinforce my ongoing desire for learning, I got my Masters in Psychology. I finally decided to follow my dreams full time and opened my practice.
I believe we are all here to make a unique contribution and I am excited that I am where I am supposed to be doing what I love.
What I do
I work with adults who are struggling through transitions, emotional challenges like depression or anxiety or feel lost in the midst of a busy world or a hectic life. I use diverse approaches to provide the environment for healing. At the core of all of them is the belief in the connection between body, mind and spirit.
In addition to one-on-one counseling, I provide consulting services to a threat management company in a variety of areas as needed.
