I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who provides psychotherapy and counseling to adults and couples in a private practice setting in Bartlett Illinois. My scope of practice includes a wide variety issues, however my specialty areas are:

I specialize in helping people who grew up in a family where their emotional and/or physical needs weren't met and they experienced trauma. These experiences have made it difficult for them feel confident and good about themselves, to trust and be vulnerable in relationships and they often have trouble with emotional and physical self-care. Adults who didn't get their needs met as children often suffer from anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and physical health issues, sometimes this includes various chronic illnesses and/ or chronic pain.
