Opened in November 2019 by founders Christopher and Rindy Taylor, Oil Region Recovery provides residential substance use treatment in an intimate, family-style setting in Polk, Pennsylvania. The facility offers a full continuum including medically supervised detox, short-term and long-term residential treatment for both men and women, and intensive outpatient services. Treatment incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, 12-step involvement, relapse prevention, and art therapy guided by the ASAM Criteria.
